Javier Torrente is an expert in Hospitality and our Support in Operations for the Opening Phase of the Hotel “Zum Hirschen”. He has been in the industry for more than 13 years and has opened many hotels all over the world. We will talk about the trends in Hospitality, what it takes to open a Hotel and what he has planned for the opening of our Hotel Zum Hirschen here at Am Hirschengrün.

The opening phase of a hotel is a strenuous time with many challenges. It requires great flexibility but once you've opened and you've accomplished what you set out to do, it's a really good feeling.
